James Bailey's last feature film film,
'The Barren Spring', was a very small production, involving two main actors and only one additional crew member. The large scale of 'Home', however, from its ensemble cast to its wide range of locations and technical demands, requires a much larger team to realize. James is incredibly excited for this opportunity to work with Pinata Productions, and cannot wait to bring the awesomely talented cast and crew together to start bringing this film to life.
An alumni of Wright State University's Motion-Picture Production program, Cole, 24, is a freelance Director of Photography currently living in Dayton, OH. Originally from Westerville, OH -- a suburb of Columbus -- Cole has spent the last few years working on numerous short & feature films in the camera and electrical department. His work as a director of photography has ranged from ultra minimalist to highly expressive, stylized narratives.
Sara St. Martin-Lynne is an award winning screenwriter, producer and director. Sara produced and directed 'Little Mutinies', starring Guinevere Turner, the documentaries 'San Francisco, Still Wild' at Heart and 'San Francisco Drew School: Just Ask'. Her feature directorial debut 'Night Fliers' toured the international film festival circuit with wide acclaim. Her commercials have been broadcast nationally.

Andrew Brown is a native of Canton, Ohio transplanted to the Tri-State. He has worked with Spike TV, VH1, the Food Network, Amazon and most recently on the feature film Revelation Trail. A graduate from Northern Kentucky University, Andrew specialties included editing, sound recording and after effects. He is currently editing

James (Andy) Kirtland is an independent film composer and guitarist with over 15 years of experience. He has composed music for James Bailey on several projects, including the feature film 'The Barren Spring' and the web series 'Bushmate'. He graduated from Miami University with a degree in mathematics and statistics, but spent the majority of his time in the music department. His main influences consist of Steve Reich, Philip Glass, Bill Frisell, Arron Funk, and Godspeed You! Black Emporer. Andy experiments with many genres including jazz, electronic, noise, and minimalism.
The small-town Texas native has worked on over thirty short films and edited the award-winning feature film
Night Fliers. Charlton-Trujillo began her career at
Killer Films and later worked with directors Betty Thomas, Douglas McGrath and Oscar nominated Lucy Walker.
In 2004, Charlton-Trujillo won the prestigious Delacorte Dell Yearling Award for her first novel Prizefighter En Mi Casa which garnered a number of accolades. Her second novel, Feels Like Home, received critical praise and earned a host of additional awards. In the summer of 2011, she sold her third novel, Fat Angie, to Candlewick Press.

He joined Pinata Productions after he and Charlton-Trujillo worked on the award-winning short “Bubbly.” They have since directed and written a webseries, collaborated on a Native American short and are completing a feature film screenplay. Flowers recently directed the remake of his highly popular film "<3" in HD starring Matthew Gallagher and Tom Shelley, shot by award-winning director of photography Ryan Lewis. Josh is currently completing a second feature film script and directing a music video for multi award-nominated band Shiny and the Spoon.
Matthew A. Gallagher is an American actor for television and film. Gallagher is also an award winning writer and director. In July 2010 he wrote and directed the short film 4D-TV which won "Audience Choice" for his group and was selected as one of the best films in Cincinnati. In June 2009 he wrote and directed the short film Washed Up which was selected as one of the best films in Cincinnati and won the award for "Best Cast". It was also an official selection of the Somerset Film Festival and won the award for best short film.

Chuck Beatty has worked on stage and behind the scenes for the last 11 years with such groups as Mason Community Players, Cincinnati Music Theatre, and of course Cincinnati Landmark Productions. Beatty joined Pinata Productions after extensive collaboration with Charlton-Trujillo and Flowers. His keen ability to network, generate a positive creative environment and bridge concept to realization makes him an undeniable asset! Chuck is the executive producer for the films
Boys Will Be Boys and The Gift and is the director of the
CNKY-Scene Film Festival.
Michael Peake has talents in front and behind the camera as well as the business world. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati School of Business, he is the co-owner of Enhanced Fitness Management and Get Fitness based out of Tampa, Florida. His wealth of experience in finance from working with US Bank enables Michael to conceptualize larger budget projects as well as moderate ones. Recently, Michael penned and starred the short
"A Handful of Pennies" slated for an early June 2012 release.
Victoria has been actively pursuing acting since late 2010. She has built up a resume, not only in front of the camera, but also behind the scenes with such duties as producing, location scouting, and script supervision. She has lived here in the tri-state area for most of her life and is extremely excited to see the growth of the filming industry here in Cincinnati.
Ms. Fox received three scholarships based on her portfolio at Northern Kentucky University while earning her Bacholors of Fine Arts. Her work has been shown in several galleries throughout America, displayed work in the Pingyao International Photography Festival in China, was the 2010 Portraiture Winner in the American Photo on Campus Go Pro Competition, was in the Top 5 photographers in People's Choice category of the Artist Wanted: Exposure Competition, has worked with several bands and clothing designers and was awarded second place in 2012 & 2010 (#3 in 2011) in the "Best of Cincinnati" competition in the "Local Artist" category.

Sheila has worked with numerous non-profits, tested her talents both in front and behind the camera and is a known entity in the creative community of Cincinnati. Sheila most recently co-starred and produced the feature film Psycho Killer and is featured in Tyler Wirtanen's second feature Run From The Money.
Anastasia Hass has worked as a production designer, line producer, composer and behind the scenes documentarian. The multi media artist's works has been seen in films such as Bubbly, Gobble and the Cannes Film Festival short Robot Love From Another World. Most recently, Anastasia designed the music video "Take On Me" for the 2012 Independent Music Award Nominee Shiny and the Spoon. Ms. Hass resides in Cincinnati where she strums the ukulele and paints.
Originally from Louisville, Ky, Sam started out in community theatre which lead him to apply and be accepted into the Youth Performing Arts School where he studied acting. Moving to the Cincinnati area to attend college, Sam recently graduated from Northern Kentucky University (NKU) where he received a BFA in Acting Performance. While at NKU he participated in ten mainstage productions including "Trouble in Mind", "To Kill a Mockingbird", "Taming of the Shrew" and "Rhinoceros".
An American actor, Sam spent his school years in Cincinnati, Ohio, graduating from Turpin High School. Sam began honing his craft with Silvana Gallardo and John Gavigan, practicing the Gallardo Method and also training at Act Out Studios. He has been featured in independent films, short movies and commercials. Currently Sam is seeking a degree from the University of Cincinnati. And he is crazy excited to be working with Pinata Productions again and can not wait to get started!
Kevin Macku is a locally born-and-raised Cincinnati actor. He graduated from the School for Creative and Performing Arts in Over-the-Rhine and went on to study Dramatic Performance at the University of Cincinnati's College-Conservatory of Music, and now he has a BFA. While at CCM, he was seen in productions such as Spring Awakening, You Can't Take It With You, The Matchmaker, and Bury the Dead. An avid theater devising artist, he has created pieces such as 47 Bottles in a Lake for CCM's Transmigration (2010) and It Might Be Okay for the 2008 Cincinnati Fringe Festival, and has trained with such groups as the SITI Company, the T.E.A.M, Sojourn Theater, and the Talking Band.
Madi Reno plays the role of Lindsey, a troubled teen who struggles to make sense of her ever-changing world. She is a native of Ohio and attends Sinclair Community College for American Sign Language (ASL) Interpretation. She trains at Act Out Talent Studio and frequently attends acting workshops. Some of her volunteer commitments are as a staff member of Kamp Dovetail (a summer camp for the mentally/physically disabled) and as retail assistant for Peace on Fifth (a fair-trade, slave free shop). Madi has experience with short films and voice over work. She is excited to be featured in her first Independent Film with Pinata Productions.
Kaitlyn Staley was born in Riverside, California and moved to Cincinnati at the age of thirteen. She graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a bachelors degree in Communications. Kaitlyn dreamed of being an actress since the age of eight. As a kid she would write her own scripts, use odd household objects as film equipment and force her brother to act out her screenplays. Instead of theater, Kait chose Communications as her degree to add versatility to her future career choice. Since graduation, she was been working with an non-profit organization
called Dramakinetics. The organization teaches theater to children and adults, of both regular and special needs. Kaitlyn has been in several short and feature films, growing in a diversity of roles to strengthen her talent.
Brittany is a recent graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. While in school, she studied improvisational comedy and performed weekly shows on campus. Brittany has appeared in two feature films, The Many Monsters of Sadness by Fighting with Forks Productions and The Sleeper by Gamma Knife Films. She is thoroughly excited to work on her third feature with Pinata Productions. Upon completion of Home, Brittany will be moving to Los Angeles to continue to study improv comedy at The Groundlings and pursue a career in entertainment. In addition to acting, Brittany’s hobbies include playing the piano, rock climbing, and memorizing every episode of Friends. Ever.
Drew Knigga is a recent graduate of Ohio Northern University where he studied Theatre and grew his hair to an outrageous length. In the past year he has been seen on stage doing parts such as; Cassio – Othello by William Shakespeare, Claudius – Hamlet by William Shakespeare, Interesting Man – Eurydice by Sarah Ruhl, and multiple Improvisation Shows. Drew is very excited to be working with the cast and crew of “Home” and cannot wait for YOU to see the film! He also wants to thank all his friends and family for their love and support in all his endeavors!

Jesse Crabtree is a senior at Wright State University studying Marketing and is has worked professionally as a model and actor. He spent the last year training in John Robert Powers Schools and was soon signed by Heyman Talent Agency. Jesse has worked for Men’s Express and recently performed live at the Arnold Classic as a V.I.P host. He recently starred in the music video "Don't Leave Just Now" by multi award-winning Magnolia Mountain. When not in front of the camera, Jesse catches the surf, lifeguards and snowboards.
Lauren Wisehart is 16 years old and “Home“ is her first film role. She has enjoyed acting in plays and taking acting classes since elementary school. She also enjoys singing, dancing and has modeled in fashion shows. Lauren is very excited to be a part of the “Home” cast.
Shannon Hunt is a graduate of Morehead State University with a BBA. While at MSU she studied theatre. Shannon has been in local theatre The Ghosts of Frankfort in Frankfort and The Great American Rock & Roll Show at Derby Diner as well as performing Off Broadway in New York in Little Shop of Horrors. Along with theatre she has been on several television shows such as Unusual Suspects on the Discovery Channel and several appearances on Kentucky Couture as well as over 8 independent films. Shannon has appeared in Another Apocalyptic Zombie Movie as Lura, Helix as Hannah, Hitting the Cycle, Run From the Money as Audrey, Sidney as Crystal, Slipping as Vivian, Test of Will as Vicky, The Killbillies as Sharon and Home as Bonnie. She is thrilled to be working on this latest project Home with James Bailey and Pinata Productions.
Brian has been performing for over 10 years now on stage, film, and commercially. Trained as a singer from high school and into college, he decided to break off into theatre, improv and film in his twenties. From there he headed out to Los Angeles where he acted in several independent features and shorts that traveled the film festival circuit. While in Los Angeles, he also graduated from The Second City Improv Conservatory, performing weekly comedy sketches at their stage on Hollywood blvd. He has returned to Ohio singing background with Barefoot Swagger while continuing to act.
Trista Caruso (Sudy) is a full-time actress from Columbus, Ohio. She has always been a dramatic and creative person and can also paint and draw.
She has been working as an actress for the last several years and is signed with Heyman Talent, RCM Talent, and The Talent Group. She has appeared in numerous commercials and indie films. She even had the honor of attending The Cannes Film Festival 2011. Where the short film "Stones" was screened at The Short Film Corner.

Marcus Jackson was born on August 31, 1989 and is a young and upcoming actor from Cincinnati, Ohio where most of his experience comes from the stage, but looks to expand his talents to the screen. Early on in life, Marcus was a bit uncertain about what he wanted his life goal to be until he finally settled on acting. Marcus does realize that the acting world is highly competitive, but this is the career that he wants for himself and will strive to go far in the business.
Mary Beth King has been performing her whole life in one way or another. In the mid 90s, she appeared in Community Theatre while living in Brookville, Pennsylvania. She later earned a minor in theater from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with an emphasis in Set Design and Lighting. Mary Beth directed summer camps for the Girl Scouts USA for 9 years and currently owns Sweet Peace Bakery. Most recently she starred in award-winning Magnolia Mountain's music video "Don't Leave Just Now." She works as the campaign manager for Community Shares of Greater Cincinnati.
Aaron Henze is an actor from Indianapolis, Indiana. A graduate of Indiana University with a B.A. in Theatre and Drama, Aaron has spent the last five years working on numerous films, commercials, industrial videos, plays, sketch comedy shows, and variety shows. He has been a member of social issue interactive theatre troupe “A.C.T. Out”, as well as sketch comedy groups “The Drink and I” and “Odditys”, and is still a regular contributor for “The Encyclopedia Show Indianapolis”. He's also been an internet spokesperson and emcee for poetry slams and a bikini contest (he wasn't allowed to enter as a contestant). Aaron is grateful for all the opportunities he has had in the Midwest, and is excited to add “Home” to his list of wonderful experiences.
